Ir Tjong Taufan - Founder

The founder of the company, Tjong Taufan, is a graduate from Universitas Trisakti with Electrical Engineer degree. He has been involved in plastic and packaging industry since his young age by helping his family business. He worked for Sumitomo Corporation and Husada Agung after graduated from the University. He joined the family business in 1985 and established his owned business/Factory in 1993. He has strong technical background for plastic and packaging industry and excellent experience in marketing as well as the management of factory.

Daisy Lie M.Com, FCPA - Founder

Another founder of the company, Daisy Lie is a graduate from University of NSW in Sydney. She holds M.Com degree and the qualification of FCPA from ACPA Australia. She has devoted her career in Banking & Finance industry for 16 years. Her last position was a director of public national bank prior to resigning in end of 1998.

Dismawan Nio - Director

Dismawan Joined PT. Kemasanindo Molek since June 2012. He was appointed to the position of General Manager with a focus on creating a highly engaged organization, driving strong and sustainable revenue and profit growth, achieving marketing excellence, enhancing customer relations and building operational efficiency.  Dismawan has been the director of our company since 2023.  His extensive multifunctional background has positioned him well as a leader in our company.

Prior to joining PT. Kemasanindo Molek, he spent nine years at Re/Max West Realty Inc. Brokerage in Toronto, Canada.

Dismawan received an Honour Bachelor of Arts in Economic Geography & City Planning from the University of Toronto.

Alfian Nio - Commisioner

Alfian joined PT. Kemasanindo Molek in 2023.  He was a University of Toronto graduate with a Financial Accounting degree and also earn a qualification in CMA.  His background in accounting has served our company a great service by managing the financial health of our company to be efficient and resilient in the face of competition from local or abroad challenges.
